A 51--old Blairgowrie man has been given the gift of sight, thanks to the generosity of Hot1027 listeners.

Manie Hendricks is a programmer at the Justice Department in Pretoria and – with just 5 % vision – he relies on magnifying technology to do his job.

But Hot Cares, here at HOT1027 recently found out about a specialized device to change Manie’s life.
